Return and Exchange Policy: At Rassouf for Oud, we provide a flexible and reassuring return policy for our valued customers: Products can be exchanged and returned within 5 working days from the date of delivery. Products received with a discount coupon or on promotion can be exchanged and returned within only 3 working days from the date of delivery. All products must be returned to us before being used, and must be in good condition, with their original box to serve as a sample for testing the product before opening, and with the original invoice. Except for products with manufacturing defects, which can be exchanged and returned even after opening. Delivery charges are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the product. Shipments outside the Kingdom are not eligible for exchange or return. The refund amount will be returned to the customer via bank transfer or cash on delivery within 7 working days after the store receives the returned product. If payment was made via Mada or credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card within the period specified by the card issuer. Cancellation and Modification Policy: The customer must send a cancellation or modification request via the store's WhatsApp at 0533322970 within 24 hours and before the order is handed over to the shipping company. If the order has been handed over to the shipping company, the return policy will apply.
